You don’t think the complaint is justified, based on your knowledge of information given out previously and the contractor’s methods. You suspect they’re just having a rant. How would you approach the situation?

​

Take a situation where you’re explaining use of software to an apprentice. The apprentice is having difficulty grasping a concept that you find easy. How would you go about assisting them?

Try different ways of explaining, go back to first principles, find a better explanation online perhaps (asking how might you find another explanation).
