Developments - Visualising the future

Residential and commercial developers need to show clients and potential buyers fully visualised images of their projects. Here we work to produce 3D models in Sketchup of building exteriors and the desired surroundings and landscaping. While the focus is largely on the external features of each building, a certain amount of internal modelling is required so that views through windows and any artificial lighting is realistic. The models, complete with realistic materials and textures, are rendered using V-Ray. We like to utilise shadows to produce scenes with depth, light and shade.
